Neem(नीम)
Neem is a natural herb that comes from the neem tree, other names for which include Azadirachta indica and Indian lilac. The extract comes from the seeds of the tree and has many different traditional uses. Neem is known for its pesticidal and insecticidal properties, but people also use it in hair and dental products.
Ashoka(अशोका)
Saraca asoca is a plant belonging to the Detarioideae subfamily of the legume family. It is an important tree in the cultural traditions of the Indian subcontinent and adjacent areas. It is sometimes incorrectly known as Saraca indica. The flower of Ashoka tree is the state flower of Indian state of Odisha.
Peepal(पीपल)
Ficus religiosa or sacred fig is a species of fig native to the Indian subcontinent and Indochina that belongs to Moraceae, the fig or mulberry family. It is also known as the bodhi tree, pippala tree, peepul tree or peepal tree. Peepal tree leaves contain Glucose, Asteriod and Mennos,Phenolic while its bark is rich in Vitamin K, tainen and Phaetosteroline. All of these ingredients make the peepal tree an exceptional medicinal tree. Peepal tree is also known as Ashwattha.The tree is considered as a most sacred tree in Hinduism.
Bamboo (बांस)
Bamboos are a diverse group of evergreen perennial flowering plants in the subfamily Bambusoideae of the grass family Poaceae. The origin of the word "bamboo" is uncertain, but it probably comes from the Dutch or Portuguese language, which originally borrowed it from Malay or Kannada.
Teak(सागवान)
Teak is a tropical hardwood tree species in the family Lamiaceae. It is a large, deciduous tree that occurs in mixed hardwood forests. Tectona grandis has small, fragrant white flowers arranged in dense clusters at the end of the branches. These flowers contain both types of reproductive organs. Teak wood known as king of timber grows as a huge tree and yields excellent quality wood.
Tamarind(इमली)
Imli or Tamarind is one of the most popular bonsai trees. It has light and evergreen leaves. The tamarind tree produces brown, pod-like fruits that contain a sweet, tangy pulp, which is used in cuisines around the world.
Kadamba(कदंब)
Kadamba is one of the most useful herbs mentioned in all ancient Sanskrit scriptures and ayurvedic texts. The great sage and the greatest name in Indian Ayurveda i.e. Charaka has categorized it as an analgesic and its fruit pulp as a purifier of seminal fluids. Susruta, another great ayurvedic physician has cited it as a detoxifier and anti diarrhoeal.
Dyer's alkanet(रतनजोत)
Alkanna tinctoria, the dyer's alkanet or alkanet, is a herb in the borage family. Its main notability is its roots are used as a red dye. The plant is also known as dyers' bugloss, orchanet, Spanish bugloss, or Languedoc bugloss. It is native to the Mediterranean region.
